ONLINE PLAN ONLY includes a one time plan for Nutrition and/or Training without adjustments. Adjustments are made for monthly plans. We go over a bunch of questions and assessments so I can understand your goals, needs, concerns, and start to understand your body, observe problem areas, and discover areas of improvement.
ONLINE MONTHLY PLANS include personalized Macros (IIFYM) adjustments, food recommendations, food timing advice, adjustment of Macros as needed, personalized training programs, adjustment of exercises after adaptation, supplement advice/recommendations, weekly check in’s via email, and text and email support as needed. First month consultation required. Monthly rates listed starting at second month.
Aside from unlimited text and email support, you can schedule video calls with me to provide support on form, coach you on your workout with a live session, or have me demonstrate your workout plan. This time is set aside for you by appointment. Payment is required to hold the appointment; 24 hours cancellation notice is required for a reschedule.
In person training may be available based on distance and accessibility.
